Our team of chefs is growing. We are looking for confident, efficient, talented cooks who possess a warm personality and a love for entertaining. You will start with assisting the Lead Chef on event to be able to cook independently.
Key Requirements:
- have your own vehicle/transportation
- have a valid drivers license
- have a warm and friendly personality
- have a clean-cut and professional look
- have at least 2+ years in a CDP/Sous Chef position or equivalent
- have experience in advance plating techniques and modernist cooking
- have experience dealing with guests
- know how to work independently
- know when to ask for help
- posses extensive knowledge of food
- wine and beverage knowledge is an asset
Compensation is based on experience but typically sits above the industry standard.
